Notes to prospective graduate students: My research involves a synthesis of a number of areas. The most basic tool, however, is the theory of stochastic processes. I require a very solid grounding in Real Analysis, Probability, and Stochastic Processes. My goal is to place my students in either a research career or in an industrial position.
