Conference Banquet

A conference banquet will be held Saturday evening, May 22, at the Urbana Country Club. There will be a social hour from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and a brief program. We hope that everyone participating in the conference will attend the banquet.
Arrangements for the banquet require an accurate count of the number of people attending. Please indicate below whether you will be attending the banquet and how many people will be in your party (you and your personal guests).
The banquet will be supported principally by funds secured by the organizers of the conference. In addition, there will be a supplementary $10 charge per person for all attending the banquet, payable at the conference.
Please respond by April 20, as the organizers will have to make a firm commitment to pay for the banquet for a fixed number of people.
