Seminars
For over 40 years number theory seminars have been held at 1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Seminar topics range over a broad area of Number Theory. See the Calendar of Mathematics Seminars for current seminar listings.
Seminar talks are given by faculty members, students, and visitors. Talks are typically accessible to graduate students and the atmosphere is informal anad supportive with questions and discussion encouraged. Attendance ranges from around 20 to over 30.
Frequently, there are additional seminars or working seminars on a particular theme.
