I received an Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship in 2012 and an NSF CAREER Award in 2014. I was a Beckman Fellow of the Center for Advanced Study in 2014-2015.

I completed my Ph. D. at Brown University in 2006; my advisor was Walter Strauss. I was a C. L. E. Moore instructor of Mathematics at MIT in 2006-2009.

I am teaching MATH 441 this semester.

In 2016-2017, I plan to be on sabbatical in the Mathematics Department at Brown University and the ICERM for the semester program: Singularities and Waves in Incompressible Fluids. I am honored to be a Simons Fellow in Mathematics.

I organize the 4th Midwest Women in Mathematics Symposium.

I speak at the 2016 CAS Spring Symposium.
